Thinking ahead
Like John Raymond, in the prior post, Diane Ogden was the first Survivor castoff in Africa. Even though I haven't even gotten a phone call from Survivor, I've already planned ideas of what to say in an interview, and more importantly, what to do to avoid being the dreaded first castoff on the show, and how to proceed to go on to win the game. I've always been the type to think steps ahead of where I am, a trait in myself that was pointed out to me by a former, very intuitive boss of mine. I'm usually 10 steps ahead of most people, which is good in a way, because I can get a clearer vision of how to succeed, but also bad, because in conversations, being so far ahead, I can lose people as they have no idea to what I'm talking about :)
