Expressions say it all

One thing I've learned through the years is that someone's expressions, gestures, and body language often have a lot more truth in what they are saying than words. Working at the Red Cross is very rewarding for me, but sometimes, situations beyond my control having me feeling similar to the expression of Ed Asner here playing Lou Grant. I try not to let those emotions of frustration show too much, but sometimes the face says it all!
