Jeff's Autographs and Thoughts

I moved to the Rio Grande Valley 4 years ago this past May. I had collected autographs on and off since I was 7 years old, and with the lack of social life I have here; I've picked it back up again and made many great online friends and picked up quite a few new 'graphs in the process. This blog is meant to both share my successes/failures and if its important, what's on my mind.

LOST

There are only three non-reality shows I'm hooked on (well, only two reality shows as well), Desperate Housewives, Invasion and Lost. I like the side stories of "Lost" as much as the mystery and intrigue side. As I've mentioned before I love stories that relate to forbidden love or romances between two unlikely characters. My two successes today from Lost both have storylines that fit that description. F. Scott Caldwell plays Rose, a black woman, whose white husband was on the back of the plane before it crashed. Rose somehow knew he was still alive and when the characters met back up for the first time it was heart-wrenching and brought tears to my eyes. I don't know why so many people are against inter-racial couples. We are all made of the same mold, and why can't we just let others be happy! The other success I got was from Cynthia Watros who plays Libby, a mysterious yet beautiful character, who it looks will have some type of romantic storyline, with sweet, funny lottery winner Hurley. In most stories, the fat guy never gets the girl (unless of course fat guy miraculously gets hot), so this will be a great storyline to watch.
