Waiting to Shine

Joy Lauren has been on the sidelines pretty much the entire two seasons of the hit show "Desperate Housewives" playing the naive daughter of Bree Van de Kamp. As Danielle, she plays the role very well, and I keep waiting for a storyline to develop for her, which it seems to finally be happening. I like the inter-racial dating storyline that's developing, and how Danielle is becoming the target of affection of both Applewhite sons. I can't wait to see where that story progresses and glad Joy is finally getting her due.
