Jeff's Autographs and Thoughts

I moved to the Rio Grande Valley 4 years ago this past May. I had collected autographs on and off since I was 7 years old, and with the lack of social life I have here; I've picked it back up again and made many great online friends and picked up quite a few new 'graphs in the process. This blog is meant to both share my successes/failures and if its important, what's on my mind.

Kakota set...are they real?

The one thing that comes with collecting autographs through the mail is not knowing if what you are getting is real or signed by someone else. Movie sets are a good way to get those hard to get celebrities know for sending preprinted or fake autographs, but still through the movie set you can't be sure you're getting the real thing. The likes of Christian Slater, Bily Zane and Carmen Electra have been very quick to respond via this set yet the signatures for at least Slater and Zane have varying differences between those that get them, meaning they either vary in their signature which at times does happen or other people are signing for them, which happens as well. I'll go with the glass half full theory with these and say they are real until proven otherwise!
